- Directions : Exit Exit 2 of Gyeongbok Palace Station and walk straight until you see Woori Bank and move into the street it is in. You will then be able to see Cafe PIU on your left hand side.

From the outside, the large floors/ceilings along with the windows make it hard to first think of a coffee shop but it gives you a creative feeling in its design. The text "Cafe PIU" on the door is visible and welcomes you in.
I liked the feeling of Seochon while walking to Cafe PIU as it gave the sense of retro as if it was Seoul years ago and it made me want to stay here forever.
Many cultural and creative items are sold on the table inside Cafe PIU. Take a look for anything interesting and purchase it as a souvenir!
The counters on the side are also very simple and clean with the menu directly on the counter so you can order directly.
If the weather is good and the sun is not too hot, Cafe PIU will pull up the curtains so that everyone in the cafe can enjoy looking at the beautiful street while relaxing inside.
Overall, the style of Cafe PIU is very simple and modern with a good combination of colors that make each guest comfortable.
I ordered the Berry Berry Yogurt and the Bean Jam Butter French Toast. Placing it on the table, the color combination made it look beautiful.

I personally recommend the Berry Berry Yogurt as it was not too sweet and sour. Additionally, the French Toast is topped with honey but will not taste very sweet making it good. The dessert was really good.
Look at the display isn't it very attractive? Although it may not seem dazzling and spacious, the overall atmosphere at PIU gives you a feeling of home.
With the beautiful street view, simple interior decoration, delicious dessert, and wonderful afternoon atmosphere, come to Cafe PIU when you are tired from touring Gyeongbok Palace and relax.
