1. Free appointment

Ewha Woman's Univ. ID photo (Confirmation needed)


Seoul Real Estate (Confirmation not needed)


Most hanbok shops (Confirmation not needed)

  • Seoul/Busan/Daegu hanbok shops
  • Some hanbok shops need payment in advance to make reservation. Pleas follow the instruction on the introduction page to make proper appointment.

  • 「To be paid」means that you have not completed payment. To make a reservation, complete the payment. If you don't want to, just ignore it. This page is only shown for "pay in advance" itineraries.

  • "To be confirmed" means you have finished payment and your appointment is waiting for confirmation. 
  • In principle, the order will be confirmed within 24 hours. Please check your mailbox afterwards. If there is additional request from Creatrip or the store, you will be contacted through e-mail. 
  • If you have waited for more than 24 hours, or the appointment date is too close, please contact us through support@creatrip.com.

  • Reservation confirmed」means your appointment has been confirmed.
  • How to show your appointment on site is explained in each blog. You will have to present Creatrip reservation page, e-mail voucher, or discount code to participate in the event. 
  • Free appointment services (e.g. Fork Studio ID photos and hanbok shops) will be charged on-site. Additional purchase will also be charged on site. 




2. Cancellation

Ewha Fork Studio is a studio for 1, and if your reservation is confirmed, it will not be open to other customers. Therefore, when you want to cancel appointment you must cancel it within due date and cancel it on Creatrip reservation page.

These orders can be cancelled at My Reservations (Click here!)In order to protect the rights of the merchants who provide free appointment service, please be sure to reserve, change, and cancel reservations on Creatrip, on time.


In addition, if your appointment is pre-paid, please refer to the refund policy on each postings to get refunds. If you request for a refund before the deadline you will receive a 100% refund.


Please refer to the following FAQs for refunds on pre-paid itineraries; not applicable to reservations of hanbok, Fork Studio ID photo, or other itineraries that provide free appointment.


Cancellation period after payment

  • Each store and itinerary has different cancellation deadlines. Most of the deadlines are three days before the appointment date, but please refer to the blog.
  • "Three days" does not mean 72 hours but date, and after this no refund, cancellation, extension or changes can be made.
  • For some itineraries, tickets, and delivery services, refunds are not provided.
  • If the merchant or Creatrip cancels the reservation due to bad weather or extreme conditions, even after the Cancellation period 100% refund will be provided. 

Refund process

  • After Creatrip has confirmed refund, the system will automatically send you an e-mail. Your payment will be returned to the same account of your payment bank.
  • It will take 1 to 7 days for the money to be returned to your account. If you have not received the refund within 2 weeks, please send us an e-mail or ask your card-issuing bank.

3. Appointment FAQs

Are there any discounts?

  • Yes. The merchants mentioned above accept online bookings only. You need to reserve through Creatrip to enjoy discounts. Each reservation will be reported to the merchant. If you do not make a reservation, you will not get discount.


How should I change the date and time of reservation?

  • If you want to cancel, be sure to cancel it on "My reservation". If you want to reschedule the reservation you will have to cancel the original reservation and reserve again. Please respect the merchants, and do not leave them waiting.


What if the price charged on site is different from the reservation page?

  • If you make additional purchase on site the price can vary. The page can only show you the reserved items, and for additional purchase you need to pay them directly.Before making the reservation, read the postings carefully to learn about each items.
