There are a total of 5 underground shopping malls in Seoul but if you go up until Bupyeong of Incheon which is one block away from Seoul you will be able to see the biggest underground shopping mall in Korea.

Han River also has an outdoors swimming pool besides the well known walking trail and bicycle activities. So for people that can't stand the heat, visit the pool and cool your body!

The Han River pools located at Yeouido, Jamsil, Ttukseom are visited by a lot of people and you can only enter the pool if you are wearing swimming clothes and a swimming cap with a small entrance fee so be aware.

Besides the pool, what other water activities are there? Ocean World has to be one of the places that come to mind which is a huge water park and in the summer of 2019, they will showcase huge Ryan statue from the famous Kakao brand!

Although Ocean World may be located in Gangwondo, if you are looking for a unique water activity make sure you go there!

Additionally, the Han River area at night is very refreshing to visit and many people will come here to take a walk at night. When I didn't want to go out during the summer when the weather was extremely hot, I stayed at home and enjoyed a nice rest while eating delivery food.

Of course there are some outdoor activities you cannot miss in the summer! One of the most famous Seoul festivals has to be the "Sinchon Water Gun Festival" where you can splash water on others on the road and celebrate the summer along with many other Koreans.
