I checked in with my reservation details and passport, completed a questionnaire, and waited in the bright clinic lobby before the examination.
Today, I visited le: dental clinic located right in front of Gangnam Sinnonhyeon Station exit 4.
Upon arrival, I presented my reservation details and passport.
Name, contact information, and other basic personal information must be filled out. After filling out all the information, I waited a while in the waiting area inside the lobby.
The interior felt luxurious like being in a hotel.
How did the consultation work during my visit?
I removed accessories, had oral photos taken, discussed my concerns with the dentist, and chose whitening only after that examination.

To capture an overall view of the teeth, I wore a dental retractor in the mouth and took the picture.
To take pictures of the back of the teeth, a mirror-like device was inserted into the mouth for additional shots.
They displayed the pictures taken on the big screen and conduct an examination when the doctor comes in.
The dentist reviewed the images with me and discussed treatment options based on the concerns I shared during this visit.
I shared my concerns about discoloration with the dentist, and after reviewing the images together, I chose the three-stage whitening session described in this visit.
The examination room is also made of transparent windows, so waiting while looking out the window seemed to reduce the fear of treatment!
What was the teeth-whitening service like?
The staff explained possible sensitivity, protected my gums and tongue, applied the whitening agent in stages, and checked the result with photos.
And I received guidance on precautions such as the possibility of tooth sensitivity in the early stages and the possibility of stains still appearing in areas with stains even after teeth whitening. Afterwards, I signed a consent form for whitening.
I noticed slight tingling from the equipment during my session. Sensation can differ by person, so tell the staff if you feel discomfort.
After the work is finished, rinse your mouth with water several times.
Relax in the examination chair and put on a lip retractor. To avoid burns from the whitening agents touching your gums or tongue, they've placed cotton and gauze between your tongue and gums for protection.
Also, a protective agent is applied to the area where the gums and teeth are connected to thoroughly isolate without irritating the gums.
The staff applied the whitening agent while a suction device helped manage saliva during the session.
During my visit, the light was positioned near my teeth for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, the staff reapplied the agent and repeated the light stage. My appointment included three stages in total.
After completing a total of 3 sessions, the whitening agent was absorbed by the machine, and the cotton and gauze inside the mouth were removed. There may be a small amount of whitening agent left in the mouth, so rinse the mouth several times with water.
When I saw the photos of my teeth before the teeth whitening treatment on the monitor, I could clearly see that they had changed.
For a more accurate comparison, I took an after photo.
In the photos from my appointment, the shade guide changed from around A2 before the session to around A1 afterward. I liked the immediate difference I saw, but this is one personal result, not a guaranteed outcome or duration.
Finally, I received aftercare instructions for my teeth. The clinic advised that sensitivity could occur, told me to avoid food for about three hours, and recommended mostly light-colored foods for the rest of the day. Follow the instructions given for your own treatment.
