Our first visit to Jeju, and I must say this is one of the reason our trip was so enjoyable. Hotel & room were superb, loads of wow factors as we entered the main entrance. (It’s always good to not set high expectation). Room was clean and bed were most comfortable , makeup service impeccable. Modern neat room with good wifi too.
There are mixed reviews but I figured out there might be old and new wing. We must be in the new one.
There is hotel shuttle from airport - do check the time slots with hotel.
There is also shuttle for night market too.
The concierge recommended us 8 hours taxi hire which cost less than car rental and we were lucky to have a friendly Korean taxi driver who spoke good Japanese which worked well for us. We end up having 3 full days of chauffeured tours, easy relax and we’re taken to local places for meals - exceptional experience.
Duty free shop is just across the road. Tourist get additional discount too. Many local restaurants and convenient shops around the vicinity.
Money changing also available in hotel.
Highly recommended hotel, and will return to the hotel again during next trip.

It is a five-star hotel in the city center. It is neat because there is a new building. There is no indoor swimming pool, but only an outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet tasted good. However, there seemed to be a little lack of parking space.

Stayed here for three nights in early 2023. From the way the lobby looked, it seemed like the rooms would be nice, but they were just okay. We had our doubts based on the mixed reviews and some photos posted online but we figured it was in a convenient location, decent room size and had parking so we decided to keep our reservation.
The room we were in was pretty dated. The lighting was also on the dim side which made it feel even older and hard to tell how the carpet’s condition was. The bathroom was clean but also showed age. The hotel tries to be eco-friendly as some other reviewers pointed out, so they don’t offer a bunch of individually packaged goodies in the bathroom. You can request certain items from housekeeping though.
To set the record straight on the air conditioning situation, they do not have AC (or at least it cannot be controlled in your room). We called to ask how to adjust it and were told it wasn’t possible and that there wasn’t AC. They offered a fan (see photo), which helped along with opening the window a bit but I definitely knock off a star for a “5 star” hotel not having air conditioning.
We didn’t eat at the restaurants but they have a handful on-site as well as a bakery and a convenience store.
The staff (front desk, concierge, parking, and housekeeping) was really nice so that added to the experience. The location is also close to restaurants, shopping, convenience stores, and the airport as a short drive away.

luxury rooms, well set up buffet for all meals and fancy delicious bakery with a 7/11 inside open till 1 am.
Only downside , they don’t have room service and the restaurant closes at 8:30 pm and the bakery till 10 pm . Most restaurants around the hotel serve pork only .
Worse case you can get fruits from 7/11

Old hotel not too bad in middle of the downtown. Booked through Agoda mentioned hotel has gym facility, upon check in realize we have to pay for it 20,000KRW. Disappointed as this not mentioned at all.
Room is spacious. Toiletries also got to pay.
