Overall, Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a conveniently located hotel close to popular skincare stores in the Myeongdong area of Seoul. The price for two individuals was very affordable, which is a bonus.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and enjoyed the daily breakfast that was also included in the price. The hotel's location is a definite highlight, being walking distance from many popular retailers focused on skincare and beauty products.
The hotel rooms were clean, but some aspects of the decor and furnishings appeared slightly dated. That being said, this did not impact our overall experience or enjoyment of our stay.
The staff were generally polite, although there is room for improvement in terms of western customer service standards for a 3-star and above hotel.
Hotel Skypark Central Myeongdong provides a few facilities which were a plus for us - there is a cafe (Lucky Ducky, such a cute name!!) beside the hotel, and private self-storage spaces available for storing luggage. We were also happy to have the hotel's breakfast space located in the basement for convenience.

We got princess room which is cute, and location is really good near to get eat, shopping etc. not so clean, sometimes they forget to gave water bottle, but everything is comfy. Location also perfect and price reasonable.4

Great location, walking distance to the major lines and 15min bus to Seoul Station. Dining area, business space and laundry in the basement. Would have to do a little bit of Tetris if bringing big luggage as there isn't a lot of floor space but otherwise has what you need.4

The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, subway and the rooms are small but cute. The staff were somewhat friendly. It depended on what time of the day (day time much more friendly). Our room was pretty warm but very clean. We stayed in the Princess Floor and had no complaints of noise other than the occasional night time outside the hotel noise. They let us check in early for a fee of 44,000 won which was worth it for us as we were really exhausted from travel.
The toilet is a smart toilet and has a bidet and seat warmer so that was really nice.
Only downside was the free breakfast at the hotel. It is more Asian style breakfast so if you are Western you may not be used to soup and rice as side dishes for breakfast. Eggs were a bit runny but they were at least real eggs not powdered.
