Good and convenient location. There is free parking at the back via an automated car lift; however, one of the carpark attendants was quite unfriendly. The room is adequately clean and comfortable. It was very competitively priced during the low peak season.

We got a room (SGD 80 per nite) with breakfast, good for 3 pax. For this price, I rate this hotel favourably.

Room is decent - clean and decently sized.
But staff are stoic, seem to be allergic to smiles. Speak with a straight face. Felt like registering myself for a prison visit rather than checking in at a hotel.
My traveling party took 2 rooms, inconsistent service standards across rooms, in terms of towels, cups, bottled water provision.
Each room was booked for 3 pax, but the prison wardens at the front desk only wanted to issue 1 pass card per room. Had to put my foot down before they relented and gave us an extra. That’s 2 cards for 3 pax, but hey, a 100% improvement. So I took what I can with that stubborn misers.
It is important to me because we sometimes move about separately, so multiple cards will allow us to do so. Anyway, all other hotels I have been to globally issue the same number of room cards as number of occupants.
Otherwise, location is ideal, rooms are clean enough. But the rigid staff with no recourse (duty manager was likewise) won’t have me being a repeat guest.

It was quite un expected. its different from the Kdrama, u watching that people are kind and compassionate. The receptionist lady was quite disappointing, i've been in different places already and most of the time the hotel is the one who offer to the guest extra effort to make them feel well taking care off. but to my surprise, since i cannot able to speak their language i used google translate to talk to her. what she complain to her colleague is i asked too much!.
is it too much to ask a bread of any available breakfast we can have before we left the hotel because our check out is earlier than breakfast time. inshort, we are fully paid in our breakfast. I asked too much for that? she dont know that my friend can understand basic korean.
what im trying to emphasize here is that, because of language barrier you can describe this thing on your own not being compassionate.
Room: was not that big, squeezy and tiny walkway inside.
Toiletries: you need to buy toothbrush, toothpaste, comb etc. (basic to expect from hotel)
slipper is reusable which is not hygienic

Staff barely speak english or close to none, even with help of google translate they seem not really want to help?
No amenities given at all except for body wash and shampoo which i do not expect from 4 star hotel (we actually the most excited to stay here but ended up likjng our budget hotel better cause of the service). And the room look a bit different from the website so just be mindful :)
