Wonderful service and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I got a root perm, scalp treatment and cut. In addition after the scalp assessment, I received a detox treatment as my scalp had a lot of build up. I learned a lot about my scalp.

i did the 15 step scalp treatment bc i saw it all over social media!! I was a little nervous about coming here after seeing some of the reviews but overall i had a good experience. the haircare was pretty thorough and enjoyable. both of the stylists i had were very friendly and sweet to me. the creatrip reservation worked smoothly and I received the discount. I will be honest, my scalp felt amazing during and after the treatment... however a few days later my hair was a bit more frizzy than normal (but softer too). I do have curlier/wavy hair than Koreans so maybe the products are not catered toward this hair type. Anyway, i would recommend this treatment more for the process and spa-like vibes, but I am not sure how many benefits I received from it in the end:) if you go, have fun and enjoy!
