    This package includes kTX + Airport Express, which is a great deal! But since this is my first time taking a ride, I don’t know how to use it, so I don’t know if there will be a problem with the order of use. Sharing the actual usage method: The QRCODE I received was for the Airport Express. I had to scan it when I entered, but when I came out to transfer to the subway, I couldn’t find the exit ticketing station. However, there was no problem if I directly used Tmoney to connect to the subway. KTX is special. You don’t need a voucher to enter or exit. You can just walk directly to the platform and check your seat. You don’t need to show your voucher unless you are checked. It’s quite a special experience.

    • The most important thing during travel is saving time on the road! With KTX, you can reach Busan, which usually takes over 5 hours by car from Seoul, in just 2 hours and 40 minutes.

    • AREX is a non-stop train connecting Incheon Airport and Seoul Station. It takes 43 minutes to Terminal 1 and 51 minutes to Terminal 2 from Seoul Station.

    • AREX can be purchased at the lowest price compared to other OTAs, and you can travel directly from the airport to Seoul Station to catch the KTX.

                • On the day of reservation, prepare the voucher and board the KTX.
                • (If train staff request ticket verification, access "My Reservation" and show the voucher.)
                • [How to Reserve & Use AREX]
                • The purchase must be used within 6 months regardless of the reservation date.
                • Reservation is confirmed immediately after payment completion.
                • You will receive an exchange number (13-digit number) QR voucher, which can be used both online and offline (on-site ticketing machines).
                • Your Creatrip voucher with QR code will be sent within 24 hours after payment. The QR voucher is for exchanging into a ticket and is not the boarding ticket itself.
                • For online usage, you need to make a reservation in advance on the AREX official website and then visit with the ticket containing the QR code.
                • When reserving online, only one exchange number applies to one segment. For round-trip or bookings for two or more people, please reserve for each segment.
                • For offline usage, you can make reservations at the 'Direct Train Ticketing Machine' on-site. Input the exchange number (13-digit number) or scan the QR code at the ticketing machine to exchange it for a physical ticket.
                • After completing the online/offline reservation, scan the QR code on the ticket at the train gate for immediate entry.

                Cancelation Policy

                • Refunds are not possible after the reservation is confirmed.

                Things To Keep In Mind

                • This product is a reservation waitlist item, and it may not be available for use if there are no reservable trains.
                • If the train time you have reserved is sold out, the reservation will be processed for another available train time (up to 30 minutes before or after your original choice).
                • The final reservation details for KTX can be checked on the voucher, so please be sure to verify the voucher.
                • Creatrip KTX is sold at a 15% discounted rate for a limited quantity. As a result, refunds are not possible. Please make reservations according to your schedule. According to the regulations of Korail (Korea Railroad Corporation), you can only make reservations for tickets within 30 days from the current date.
                • Please complete your reservation at least 7 days before the departure. If train staff request ticket verification, access "My Reservation" and present the voucher. You can use the free onboard Wi-Fi, "KTX-free," for internet connection.
                • Teenagers and child fares are not sold separately. If there are special circumstances such as a wheelchair, please inform us in advance at help@creatrip.com, and we will assign an appropriate train car accordingly.

                • Children under 6 years old can travel for free when accompanied by a guardian. However, if a separate seat is desired, an additional ticket must be purchased.
                • The ticket is one-way and can be used for both directions between Seoul Station and Incheon Airport, or Incheon Airport and Seoul Station. For a round-trip journey, please purchase 2 tickets.
